We Wish You A Merry Christmas!

Wukailong and I wish everyone a very merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah and in a few days, a great New Year. Rather than a white Christmas, down here in San Diego our Christmases are a bit balmier. However, we still get into the spirit in a different sort of way. Here are a few pix taken on Christmas Eve. It was a beautiful day so I decided to bike down to the beach. The first two photos were taken at Fletcher Cove State Beach in Solana Beach, while the rest were taken a few blocks from my home along “Christmas Card Lane”, a street in San Diego known for its elaborate Christmas decorations. Enjoy!

Here’s a photo I took a few years ago on a December afternoon in Beijing. In China, Christmas is celebrated by the younger generation as a secular holiday where friends get together and have a great time. There is no religious connotation involved.

And we couldn’t end without Adam Sandler’s “The Hanukkah Song”!
